SC Consultants, offering bouquet of services in Real Estate space & BPO, is founded by Sanjay Chawla –a dynamic and result oriented business leader with over 3 decades of proven track record of working with various leading Indian and multinational companies in varying sectors right from Real Estate to Engineering Industry to BPO to Retail in real estate, Logistic Parks, Retail, Project Management, Asset / Facility Management and operations. He is endowed with sound business judgement, system orientation and entrepreneurial approach.
Sanjay is an Alumnus of IIT Delhi and FMS (Delhi University) and Harvard Business School (Executive Management Program).
After over 27 years of active Corporate life, working at various senior positions as CEO, Business Head, Head of Mall Operations, Head-Assets with leading Real Estate and other Multinational Companies like Era, Maytas Prop, DLF, Converges, Honeywell, Carrier Aircon, Ansal Prop etc handling diversified portfolios, he ventured into Independent Management Consulting Services in Nov 2012 and later established consulting firm “SC Consultants” to help various organizations in various aspects of their projects / companies including strategy, branding, marketing, technical support, PMC etc. depending on their needs.
SC Consultants took next stride in its journey with the entry of Anil Sharma in 2017, who joined the Company as COO with complete responsibility of Operations. Anil Sharma is a Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in Real Estate and Construction Industry. He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of rich experience in Projects, Real Estate Development and Facility Management.
He is an expert in managing general administration functions like facilities, space planning, environment management, EHS, aesthetic management, engineering, procurement, logistics, etc.
Before taking over charge of Operations at SCC, he handled various senior level assignments at large corporates like Emaar, MGF, DLF, Mahindra Gesco and Ansals et. al.
Our team is small but mighty group of forward-thinking managers and engineers. Talented, inspired, innovative, dynamic – this team represents everything that our founder strived to create when he formed SC Consultants few years back. Our passion in life spills into our work every day, with our motivation for crafting the highest quality at every work front.
Since inception SC Consultants has managed different types of projects like IT Park, large Group Housing projects, townships, office interiors etc. Further, provided PMC for facility improvement works like Structural repairs/strengthening, Building services replacement/improvement, water proofing, expansion joints, densified VDF & epoxy flooring etc. in large 24×7 operational IT SEZ’s and business parks.
SC Consultants has also been associated with a large MNC distribution company managing implementation of various Digital initiatives like Data Management Services, CRM, HRMS & ERP solutions like D365, RPAs, Power Aps etc. and many other strategic cost optimization initiatives.
